Terms of use

These terms cover your use of mobbrains.com. They don't cover work we do under a signed contract. That engagement's own agreement governs, and it wins wherever the two disagree.

Using this site

You're welcome to read, link to, and share anything here. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content through the contact form.

If you think you've found a security issue, we'd genuinely like to hear about it. Tell us through the contact form.

Our content

The text, design, code and the Mob Brains name and logo on this site belong to Mob Brains. Client names and marks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.

What this site is not

Everything here is general information about what we do. It is not a quote, not a contract, and not professional advice for your specific situation. Nothing on this page creates an obligation on either of us until we've both signed something.

External links

We link to Otura and to client sites where they have one. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we provide it as-is, without warranties. We're not liable for losses arising from relying on the site or from it being unavailable, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.
